ABOUT KIKO
I'm a 22 year old multi-media artist who started with event videography in 2016. I love movies, computers, watches, motorsports/cars, and baseball! I recently graduated from UCSD with B.S. in Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience and am currently pursuing certifications to become an IT. While my passion for art has grown over the years, my desire to catalog my own work hasn't grown in proportion to it until now. This site is meant to serve as a digital portfolio and blog for myself, with ambitions to potentially sell my art in some form through this site in the future. In the meantime, this can hopefully explain to people the art I like to produce moving forward.

Mediums
Over the past ten years, I've picked up various mediums to practice art. When I was in elementary school, like many, I aspired to be a content creator. I taught myself to edit on iMovie, editing gaming montages. I was enamored by the power of editing, manipulating time and sound to tell stories, feeding into my love of movies. Later, my dad launched an event photography business, and I began contributing videography through it. From there, my interest and skill only grew, with the mediums I've picked up later stemming from event videography or movies in some way. I picked up film photography as a way to practice my composition. I started drawing to get better at making storyboards. I wrote to put my movie ideas to paper.
film
I've practiced event videography since 2016, filming client videos for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and the like.
Photo
I've been doing analog photography on and off since 2019. Since I restored my F3 in 2024, I've been obsessed with film photography.
DESIGN
I started actively practicing drawing and design in high school to draw storyboards, but grew to love drawing once I got an iPad, making stickers and small designs.
WRITING
With aspirations to be a filmmaker, I started writing short stories and screenplays in high school, primarily inspired by Aaron Sorkin's films.
